Let’s get to the roots, Vegetarian Indo-Caribbean Lunch! 5:00pm

Veeta Muriel is a yoga teacher with more than 15 years preparing Indo-Caribbean dishes, with Ayurvedic elements. Veeta will delight us once again with her culinary art that she has developed over time with all the visitors to the farm, looking for a place of healing. She will transform local seasonal harvests into unforgettable masalas, curries, and chutneys for any visitor.

Have you ever tasted the freshness? We will be gathering ingredients right from the surrounding community of farmers to the kitchen in the field. We trust Veeta Muriel to delight us with her subtle grand flavors.
